Store all raw foods in a manner to prevent potential contamination of ready-to-eat foods. Immediate/Onsite
Observed the following bulk food products to not have proper labels on the container: dried noodles, granola, and croutons in plastic bins with red lids in the kitchen and raisins and brown sugar in plastic bins with green lids in the cafeteria.
